Product Knowledge is very important at the Customer and End-User level. If your Customer is comfortable with your products, they will sell them. We schedule as many Product Knowledge Sessions as we can.

End-User Calls get the message out to the correct individual who is actually specifying or buying the product. We make many End-User Calls either with our Customer on their behalf.
